NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 2 March 2022 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to UK National Gas Ltd (company number 07314065) whose registered office is situated at Cotswold House, 219 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, LONDON, E14 9FJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
