NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 16 November 2022 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Nitor Energy A/S (company number 38680781) whose registered office is situated at Klosterport 4x, 4, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
