Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 11 December 2024 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Standard Chartered Bank (company number ZC18) whose registered office is situated at 1 Basinghall Avenue, London, EC2V 5DD, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
