NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 09 June 2023 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Energetech Europe B.V. (company number 862512396) whose registered office is situated at Teleportboulevard 124 124-130, Office Unit 1.05, 1043EJ Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
