NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 19 May 2023 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Cobblestone Energy DMCC (company number DMCC179669) whose registered office is situated at Unit No : 1701 SABA 1, Plot No : JLT-PH1-E3A, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
