NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 22 April 2022 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Economy Gas Limited (company number 03063407) whose registered office is situated at No. 1 Dovecote, Old Hall Road, Sale, M33 2GS, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
