Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 21 May 2025 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to BBD Energy Ltd (company number 16003748) whose registered office is situated at C/O BMSL Accountancy & Tax services, 6th Floor, First Central 200, 2 Lakeside Drive, London, NW10 7FQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
