Derogation granted to Smart DCC Ltd from requirements of SEC Section H - December 2022

This letter sets out the decision of the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority to grant Smart DCC Ltd a temporary and limited derogation from certain elements of Section H of the Smart Energy Code that came into effect from February 25 2021, as implemented by SEC Modification Proposal 122A. This is pursuant to Licence Condition 22.33 of the Smart Meter Communications Licence.
