Consultation - DCC Switching Incentive Regime

This is a consultation on a new Price Control mechanism through which we propose to incentivise DCC in their Switching roles. We are also consulting on the % value of margin that DCC should be permitted to earn in Switching under its Price Control.

This is a consultation on both policy and licence changes.
