Following statutory consultation in June 2023, we are now publishing our decision to modify the licence held by the Data and Communications Company (DCC) to amend the arrangements for the Over-Recovery of Allowed Revenue, Housekeeping changes to the Licence and the Baseline Margin Indexation change.

These changes will have effect from 01 April 2024 such that the proposed changes are in place for the start of the 24/25 Regulatory Year.
