The Data Communications Company (DCC) is required to report price control and quality of service information by 31 July following the end of each regulatory year.
The Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs) define the manner in which DCC should report key price control and quality of service information in its annual price control submission. DCC is required to submit this information to the Authority in accordance with the RIGs under Conditions 31 and 32 of the Smart Meter Communication Licence.
