Consent granted to DCC under Condition 9 of the Smart Meter Communication Licence

Condition 9 of DCC's Smart Meter Communication Licence requires DCC to ensure that no director of DCC is or at any time becomes a director or employee of any person (or any Affiliate or Related Undertaking of such person) to whom Services are provided as part of DCC's Authorised Business, unless the Authority otherwise consents.
This consent is to permit an independent non-executive director of DCC to be appointed as Chair of the Energy Saving Trust (EST).
