Decision on policy and statutory consultation to establish the DCC Switching Incentive Regime

This is our decision to establish a new Price Control mechanism designed to incentivise DCC in its Switching roles. We are also setting out our decision on the % value of margin that DCC will be permitted to earn in Switching under its Price Control from 01 April 2023.

The decision document sets out details of the policy changes we are making, as well as changes to the Smart Meter Communication Licence required to enact those policy changes.
