We are issuing this annual Request for Information (RFI) in order to monitor compliance of all suppliers that have been granted a derogation from the default tariff cap for particular tariffs. It collects quantitative and qualitative information on suppliers’ total and renewable costs. This submission will apply to all existing derogations for the preceding year (1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024).

We are seeking responses from derogated suppliers by 6 January 2025. Please respond by email to renewablederogations@ofgem.gov.uk.
