We want to hear your views about our proposals for the wholesale costs included in the energy price cap.
This consultation looks at our proposals to:
- not adjust the level of future energy price caps for differences between wholesale allowances and wholesale costs between October 2022 to September 2023
- conduct reviews of a range of wholesale allowance topics over the medium term
- make technical changes to the wholesale cost allowance (Annex 2) model, which we publish alongside each energy price cap announcement
