Price Cap - Disclosure arrangements for Spring 2022 consultations

This notice outlines the disclosure arrangements for the Price Cap Spring 2022 SMNCC and True-up consultations.

We previously published the following:

• Working paper on 2022 annual review of SMNCC allowances on 13 October 2021.
• Consultation on the true-up process for COVID-19 costs on 19 November 2021.

As our next step, we will publish our Spring 2022 SMNCC and True-up consultations, before confirming our decisions in August 2022.

For the avoidance of doubt, we will be running separate disclosure exercises for each of the Spring 2022 SMNCC and True-up consultations. The documents on this page set out the disclosure arrangements for each consultation and provide Undertakings.

If your organisation wishes to participate in these disclosure exercises, please express your interest to retailpriceregulation@ofgem.gov.uk as soon as possible.
