In October 2023 and March 2024, we received re-opener application submissions from two gas transport licensees requesting additional allowances under the Tier 1 Stubs Repex Policy Re-opener (SpC 3.18).
We consulted on our [Draft Determinations](https://RIIO-2 Tier 1 Stubs Repex Policy Re-opener draft determinations 2024) between 7 November 2024 and 5 December 2024. We published our Final Determinations on 7 February 2025.
This statutory consultation sets out our proposed modifications to the relevant licensees’ licenses to implement our decisions for the aforementioned project funding requests.
