Modification of NGT licence baselines special conditions: decision

This decision notice and accompanying cover letter outlines our decision to approve proposed changes to National Gas Transmission Plc's Gas Transporter Licence on sections relating to Capacity Requests, Baseline Capacity and Capacity Substitution. 
 
This is following a statutory consultation on 17 April 2025 on these proposed changes. The statutory consultation closed on 19 May 2025 and we have decided to implement two of three modifications as set out below.
