Proposed modifications to Special Condition 3.18 of the gas transporter licences: decision

We published a statutory consultation on 7 February 2025 setting out proposals to amend the Gas Transporter Licence held by the Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs). Our proposals set out modifications to Special Condition 3.18 (Tier 1 Stubs Repex Policy Re-opener). The licence modification consultation closed on 7 March 2025 and we have published the non-confidential responses.
This decision document confirms our decision to proceed with our proposals and to amend Special Condition 3.18 of the Licence.
