On 12 October 2021, the Authority published a decision to modify Special Condition 5.5 (Entry Capacity and Exit Capacity Constraint Management (CMt)) of National Grid Gas Plc (NGG) Gas Transporter Licence. This followed a statutory consultation published on 25 August 2021 under Section 23(2) of the Gas Act 1986.
We have identified erroneous text in our licence modification decision, and are issuing this erratum notice to correct the minor errors.
