CMP462 Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC): Decision on urgency

Our decision to progress CMP462 on an urgent basis.
On 24 October 2025, the National Energy System Operator (NESO) raised the Connection and Use of System Code (CUSC) Modification Proposal CMP462: Provision for Alternate Panel Members.
On 31 October 2025, the CUSC Panel wrote to inform us of its unanimous view that CMP447 should proceed as an Urgent CUSC Modification Proposal.
We have agreed with the Panel’s view to progress CMP462 on an urgent basis.
