Use the approved Sizewell C Ultimate Controller Undertaking form under the Nuclear Regulated Asset Base (RAB) Licence.
Details
Under Special Condition 5 of the modified licence, an undertaking must be obtained from each relevant company or person within 7 Working Days of them becoming an Ultimate Controller. This licence requirement will take effect on the licence modification date for Sizewell C as determined by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero.
